FFE Backs Entrepreneur’s Vision for Synergy Beauty Expansion

Synergy Beauty

Finance For Enterprise (FFE) has provided a £50,000 loan to support Charlotte Rollo in her acquisition of Synergy Beauty, a prestigious Clarins Gold Salon located in the bustling market town of Bingham, Nottingham.

The funding, introduced by Evolve Business Finance, has been allocated to purchase stock, refurbish the salon, and provide essential working capital to elevate the business to new heights.

Founded in 2003, Synergy Beauty has built a reputation for excellence in beauty treatments, becoming one of only 76 Clarins Gold Salons in the UK—a recognition for outstanding quality, training, and client care. Offering a wide range of services including massages, manicures, skin treatments, non-surgical facelifts, Botox, and waxing.

The £50,000 acquisition, plus stock, marks a new chapter for the business. With a vision for growth, Charlotte plans to modernise the salon, enhance the client experience, and introduce innovative treatments to appeal to a broader demographic.

The transformation plans for Synergy Beauty focus on creating a luxurious, spa-like ambiance through redesigned treatment rooms, updated lighting, and calming aesthetics. Enhancements will also include improved waiting areas, complete with refreshments and wellness-focused touches, to elevate the overall client experience. To attract more customers and boost revenue, a designated nail area will be introduced, encouraging upselling to premium facial and body treatments. Additionally, the salon’s four treatment rooms will be optimised to accommodate more clients during peak times, ensuring greater operational efficiency and capacity growth.

Charlotte Rollo expressed her excitement about the future of Synergy Beauty,
“Synergy Beauty has been a cornerstone of the Bingham community for over 20 years. I’m thrilled to carry forward its legacy while introducing new ideas to create a luxurious, modern destination for beauty and wellness. The support from FFE has been invaluable in making this dream a reality.”

Neil Wade, Senior Business Lending Manager at Finance For Enterprise added,
“We’re proud to support Charlotte in her journey to revitalise Synergy Beauty. Her passion for the business, combined with its strong foundations and untapped potential, makes this an exciting opportunity. With the planned enhancements, Synergy Beauty is well-positioned to thrive and set a new standard in the local beauty industry.”
