Jonathan Pearson brings a creative edge to the team, holding a HND in Graphic Design, and a proven track record in asset and commercial finance. His career includes roles at Lease Direct Finance (LDF), Syscap, Kennet Leasing, Praetura Professions, Close Brothers, and running his own brokerage, Cention Finance.

Jonathan is a passionate supporter of the real Mighty Reds, Arsenal FC. He is married and has two children. He enjoys playing sports, including badminton, football, and bowls, as well as shopping and spending quality time on holidays with his family—or exploring New York City.
